Hello, happy Sunday Everyone!
I hope you all are having a fantastic weekend.
I am having a particularly quiet weekend simply because I need to stop spending and I am also hoping to book a wee week away in March. Well fingers crossed anyway!
So sitting in on a Saturday night, means I have more time to catch up on my blog posts.
Today I bringing you something a little different, fun and colourful. I wore this red and blue coordinate to the launch of Belfast Fashion week few weeks ago and it got the thumbs up. However I only got around to shooting this look on Friday.
I was all set and ready to shoot the look last Wednesday but the weather was just so miserable that I decided to hang until Friday and low and behold we had a beautiful sprinkling of snow when I woke up on Friday morning, I couldn’t have asked for better weather, even though it was absolutely freezing it was definitely well worth it!!
Anyway less about the weather and more talk about my outfit, i hear you say.. When I spotted this outfit in-store the first thing that came to my mind was that it had real Clueless vibes, I’m sure you would agree?! I fell in love with it as soon as i tried it on and new it would be perfect for the Belfast Fashion Festival launch. Sure you all know me at this stage, I do love something a little different or quirky!
The entire outfit is from Stradivarius which I spotted on my trip to Belfast. I know it is not a high street shop that a lot of you may know about it but it such great value and I never ever leave it empty handed.
Some of you also may not know that it is a sister company to the high street shop Zara. Nevertheless Stradivarius would be aimed at 20-35 year olds. It’s mission is to create informal and imaginative collections aimed at young, urban, trend-conscious women and I think it does exactly that. There are three stores in the south of Ireland and one store in Belfast.
If you haven’t checked Stradivarius, you need to check it out and i guarantee you will get your hands on lots of great little bargains!
