I know I haven’t spoken to you in a while. I am back teaching this week and I have been styling at the weekends, so I just haven’t had a minute!
Nevertheless a few weeks ago I was sent some beautiful handmade jewellery from Seoidin. Maureen is the Proprietor of this stunning Irish Jewellers and has three stores around Ireland and each piece is to absolutely die for!
Maureen sent me a collection of exquisite pieces (here) and I immediately fell in love with them all. They are exactly to my taste and anywhere I wear them there is always someone admiring these pieces, they are classic and timeless.
Each piece is designed with an Irish lady in mind and for every day wear and Maureen has that to a tee. All of the jewellery pieces are made using sterling silver and 14kt gold fill. Seoidin jewellery also uses semi-precious stones and high quality Swarovski crystals to make jewellery with a difference.
Maureen says “Our Unique Irish designs are distinctive, classic & handmade with love!” and I feel you can tell this by the quality alone.
When I received these pieces, straight away I felt I needed to do this handmade delicate jewellery justice, so I decided to contact a local talented photographer, Peter Carvill Photography to see if he would be interested in collaborating and I was absolutely delighted that he accepted.
I choose Castle Leslie for our shoot as the scenery there never fails! Peter and I had a brilliant morning and I instantly felt at ease around him. Undeniably an exceptionable young man and photographer, the photographs will tell all!
For the photo shoot, I wanted the jewellery to be the main focus, to allow these handmade pieces do the talking, so I opted for this pretty faux suede coordinate from Zara (here)&(here). This coordinate is unbelievably comfortable, it’s just super soft! I teamed it with pretty nude courts and a nude Penneys clutch.
If you ladies are looking for some gorgeous Christmas gifts, well then you should look no further, this jewellery is just perfect!
